Illumination Centering Mist: return, refill, radiate
For the middle of a full day — when you've been giving and going, feeling scattered, drained, and far from your own center, and you need to call yourself back. Spray for sweetness and realignment.
I'm a new mom, and I made this alongside the Arrival elixir, for the women I love — anyone pouring herself out all day with little left for herself. Where the elixir is the inner medicine you take, this is the outer one you spray: a few mists around you to clear the air and come home to your own center, right in the thick of it. I asked the flowers which ones wanted to help, and this is the mist that came of it.
It's a gentle, energetic support you spray around you — made to clear the air and call yourself back to your own light.
Magnifies:
- Your own light and clarity, returning
- Vitality, brightness, and a little joy
- A cleared, protected space around you
- The warm feeling of being held
- Coming home to your center in the middle of a full day
Dissolves:
- Everything you've absorbed that's not yours to carry
- The scattered, frazzled feeling of giving all day
- The static between you and your own knowing
- The dimness that creeps in when you've been everyone else's light
Rose, vanilla, and ylang ylang, soft and lingering — smells like a vanilla rose dessert — with bright bergamot over the top and juniper to clear the air. Underneath, a garden of my homegrown flower essences: Marigold, African daisy, Fuchsia, Calla lily, Red camellia, Yellow yarrow, and a peach "sunset" Rose.
This is designed to be energizing. It's a bright, solar blend — uplifting and a little activating — so it's a daytime medicine, not a wind-down. Reach for it as a morning reset, a midday refill, or right before you walk into the room and want to arrive as yourself.
Made by hand in a small batch, from flowers grown and gathered here. When they're gone, they're gone until the next making.
No synthetic ingredients. Ever.
