Flower Essence Elixir · raw honey base

Arrive back home

For when you've given so much of yourself away that there's little left in your own cup — tired, foggy, a little numb, and missing your own spark.

I'm a new mom, and I first made this with the mothers around me in mind — but it's really for any woman who is pouring herself out for everyone else and feeling that she's lost track of her own center.

I don't want us just to get through our days. I want us to thrive. So I asked the flowers which ones wanted to help, and blended this to help you fill your own cup from the inside out.

It's a gentle, energetic support for your own system as it finds its way back to itself.

Magnifies:

  • Your own spark, creativity, and inspiration
  • Vitality and energy, returning
  • A steady, grounded center
  • A deep sense of your own worth
  • The feeling of being held and supported by something larger
  • Coming home to yourself and your gifts

Dissolves:

  • The drained, running-on-empty feeling
  • Mental fog and cobwebs
  • The distance between you and your own center
  • The sense that it's all on you — unsupported, alone
  • The dimness that creeps in when you've given everything away

Inside: My homegrown flower essences of yellow yarrow, marigold, red camellia, calla lily & magnolia.

Note: I made this one honey-forward: a true raw honey base with my own homegrown rose geranium hydrosol. So it presents differently than my other elixirs— richer, sweeter, extra yummy, and the alcohol used to preserve is more hidden. Sweet and warm, the taste of being home.
