The essence at the core of this elixir is Ancient Bristlecone Pine — some of the oldest living trees on earth, some reaching 9,000 years old. I traveled to the White Mountains in the Eastern Sierras, where these trees grow above 10,000 feet, to sit with them and imprint their frequency into water. Nothing physical is harvested from these protected trees — what's captured is their energetic signature, their wisdom transferred into the essence. These trees don't reach their age in spite of their harsh environment — they reach it because of it. Every storm, every cycle, thousands of years of change on this earth. That resilience, that unshakeable rootedness — that is what this medicine carries.
Their frequency is extraordinarily high and this medicine is not always gentle. BREAK THE CYCLE Elixir
Take 3-10 drops under the tongue, or add to water, 3-5 times a day. Less drops more frequently is more effective than larger amounts less often. Take at minimum twice a day. Use consistently for 10-14 days, then as needed after that.
There is no taste or smell — just the frequency of the plants preserved in brandy and honey. Some people feel something immediately, a tingle or subtle activation. For others shifts are noticed after a day or two, or only in retrospect. Either way it is working. Start with a few drops and work up from there.
